This site is the result of the last few years of what I’ve learned and figured out along the way, and will continue to share what’s ahead! WHO AM I?
I am a thirty something year old just trying to figure out how to live a healthy, happy, abundant life! I have lived all over the United States and am not done moving yet :) I personally love to learn and spend most (if not almost all!) of my free time consuming information and trying to put it to good use. This is my platform to share not only what I learn but the systems, habits, and hacks that I have put in places to optimize it all. Here goes nothing!
